Troubleshooting
- Open Metamask extension on your browser
- Click on the circle icon on the top right corner of the extension
- Click on Settings
- Click on Experimental
- Switch on Enhanced Gas Fee UI
- When you start a transaction, ensure that the gas price is at Market Level
- Open Metamask extension on your browser
- Click on the circle icon on the top right corner of the extension
- Click on Settings
- Click on Advanced
- Scroll down to find Customize Transaction Nonce and switch it on
- Click on the first pending transaction on Metamask to see its details and get the nonce number
- When you see the transaction's details, you would find the nonce number as seen below
- Send 0 RIGY to any address
- You would see a warning message stating that you have a pending transaction, but you can ignore that message
- Click on Market to edit gas values
- Click on Advance to input custom gas prices
- Set max base fee to 6000 and priority fee to 1000 as seen below and click save
- Set the nonce number of the transaction to the value of the nonce of the pending transaction
- As for this particular transaction, the nonce number is 6, we will set the custom nonce number to 6 as well. Please check the nonce number for your transaction by following step 2
- You should remove the pending transaction with the smallest/lowest nonce number first
- Click confirm
- Wait a few seconds for your transaction to process and you should see your pending transaction removed as seen below
